Show of shame:- Confab delegate caught playing Scramble during session.

Before now there were news flying with pictures to back it up, showing confab delegates who were paid 12m naira each to discus and fathom an headway to successfully
run this county, sleeping. As if that wasn't enough, there are pictures like the one above of an unnamed Delegate playing scramble game while discussion and brainstorming was going on.

Is this a show of shame ? Or according to some, do you think this man is doing the best thing to do at that time? Knowing fully well the the confab is just a waste of precious time.
