The Merriam Webster Dictionary defines a honeymoon as a trip or vacation taken by a newly married couple or a period of unusual harmony especially following the establishment of a new relationship.

The idea is for you to get away from whatever conditions you consider as normal and spend time with your new spouse just enjoying each other before you are thrown back into the busy lives that you both lead.

For some couples this may mean a romantic holiday in a tranquil and picturesque location, for others it could mean taking an a vacation that would include lots of fun filled and exciting activities such as mountain climbing or scuba diving, and yet for others it could mean staying in your matrimonial home and getting a head start on your life together in your new home, with lots of going out, late nights and lazy mornings.

Tarkwa Bay- its like living in a beach far away from modern civilization. But a big thing of note is that u have to cross a large river. Last time I was there, it was scary cos of the overloaded boat. But if u can afford a ferry- and u should cos it your honeymoon- then its all safe and sound.
