UPDATE! Abuja Explosion was a "Controlled Blast"-Army Spokesperson

This morning,there was panic after a loud explosion was heard in the outskirts  of Abuja.
However, a spokesperson for the Nigerian Army confirmed that it was not a bomb but a controlled blast.


Mr.Olagide Olaleye, a Brigadier General said the explosion was caused by dynamites used to break a rock had been blocking a new road being constructed from Karishi to Apo, in  Abuja ..
