PHOTOS OF JUSTIN BIEBER LAUGHING DURING ARREST


 These photos show him laughing during the mug shot. He was arrested for being under the influence of drugs, speed racing at 60Mph in a 30 Mph road.

He really looks high on something because he was coming from a club not studio as he claimed.
