14 YEARS OLD BOY THAT CANT BE HUGGED OR CURDLED BY HER MOTHER.(MUST READ)

A brave 14-year-old cannot be hugged as it would leave him in excruciating pain.

14 years old Sam Ford.

Sam Ford has had joint hypermobility syndrome since he was a child.This means his joints are very flexible, painful and prone to injury.

As if that wasn’t enough, Sam was also diagnosed with complex regional pain syndrome 18 months ago after injuring his foot – the poorly understood condition means he has chronic pain in his foot.

And as a result, his mother Emma Ford, from Ipswich, Suffolk, cannot cuddle or hug  her eldest son because he is in too much pain.
Ms Ford said: ‘Sam feels pain everywhere all of the time.

‘There’s no respite from it at all and painkillers don’t work.

‘His brain is telling him that there is pain when there isn’t actually any pain.

Hugging or holding his hand hurts Sam - all those things that a mother would do when their child is in pain, can't be done.

‘You would get them pain medicine and hug them. I can’t and that’s tough to bear.’ she said.

But what makes him brave is that he is studying for his college exams despite all these pains. Who says you can't be what you want if you want??.
